Terms of Use (User Agreement)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Woola mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Woola. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Service

Woola is a video community created for cosplay lovers. Users can watch, create, and share cosplay videos featuring character performances, costume showcases, makeup processes, and scene recreations.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (Name, Username, Email).
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at shawanakamran722@outlook.com of any unauthorized use.

5. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, violent, pornographic, or sexually explicit.
• Promotes hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains malware, viruses, or spam.

Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate users who repeatedly violate these Terms. We provide mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and block abusive users.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant Woola a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content within the Service.

App Content: All software and design elements created by Woola Team are the property of Woola Team.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, protect, and use your information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon account deletion, user data is removed or anonymized within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Woola Team shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Woola Team's principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Woola from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Woola Team, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any product liability claims or regulatory non-compliance issues.
